Happy girls

Greetings after day two at the Deli! Much more chilled out today, feeling like old hands this morning as we got our stall (we were still there half an hour too early, but old habits…). We got a great spot near the pasta guy (any of you familiar with the market will know where that is. Any of you not familiar with the market, why not? Come on down on 26 April and check it out!).

We had a fairly quiet first hour and a half – spent a lot of time reassuring each other that it was okay to have a quiet day – neither of us believed it, but we tried to make it a mantra. Then after 11.30, we were busy busy busy. We have added greeting cards to our repertoire which were very popular – so we both have to get crafty again to replenish the supply! We’ve also added pashminas in a gorgeous spectrum of colours so any of you needing a wrap or a sarong (anyone lucky enough to be going to the beach?), come and have a look.

Again, we had lovely visits from friends and family, and at least one local celebrity who shall remain nameless (although he’s put in an order for a bobble hat so I’ll post a pic if we get him one made). I was delighted to get a visit from Nic, my little sister’s good friend, who I last saw throwing her mortar board into the air when she and Em graduated!

All in all, we had another great day. Much fun, giggles, sausage baps and cookies. What more could you want?

We’ll be back again on Saturday 26th April, and then on Saturday 3rd May. We’d love to see you!
